Complexion Notescomplexion care

How should you track a reaction to a skin care product?

Record the product, application area, timing, symptoms, and other routine changes. Stop the suspected product and seek care for severe swelling, blistering, breathing trouble, or a spreading rash.

Change one thing at a time

Keep the rest of the routine stable, follow the current label, and note timing and symptoms so benefit or irritation is easier to identify.

Stop signs

Stop for persistent burning, swelling, blistering, hives, or worsening symptoms. Seek urgent help for breathing trouble or severe swelling.
